We are easy to deal with!

Shopping with blendboutique is hassle free and easy. We aim to ship within 24 hours on everything and in the unlikely event of a problem, don't worry, just drop us a line and you will be pleased with the service you receive. We are not large so every order is dealt with on a personal level and we care about our customers, what we sell and how we sell it. We have a tracked customer satisfaction rate of 99% and we want to keep it high.

We are accessible!

Simply call us on 01937 220 226 if you want to chat or email us at sales@blendboutique.co.uk, we work a great deal of the time but core hours are 9am 'till 8pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours we can still be contacted by email or try calling we could still be working. We operate over 2 sites. In London we handle all customer service and in Wetherby we have our fully owned and managed dispatch facilities. Everything you order comes from us direct.

We have a wide array of customers!

We serve a wide array of people and businesses. Our main customers are people just like you looking for nice things for their home or to give as gifts but sometimes addresses can stand out. Amongst the more unusual is a delivery to Buckingham Palace, a Super Yacht, National Theatre, One or two world famous hotels and we helped in the launch of a fabric conditioner!
