Shopping with blendboutique is hassle free and easy. We aim to ship within 24 hours on everything and in the unlikely event of a problem, don't worry, just drop us a line and you will be pleased with the service you receive. We are not large so every order is dealt with on a personal level and we care about our customers, what we sell and how we sell it. We have a tracked customer satisfaction rate of 99% and we want to keep it high.

We operate over 2 sites, in London we handle all customer service and in Wetherby we have our fully owned and managed dispatch facilities. Everything you order comes from us direct.

 

We serve a wide array of people and businesses. Our main customers are people just like us looking for nice things for their home or to give as gifts but sometimes addresses can stand out! Amongst the more unusual is a delivery to Buckingham Palace (yes the one in London that we have had an order from) and a Yaht that cost £350,000 per week to hire (we were very tempted to ask for a discounted holiday).

 

Watch out for some of our Rococo items appearing in the ITV show 60 minute make over this 2010 season. If you went to see the stage show The King and I at the Royal Albert Hall you may have spotted the red parasols used in the show... supplied by us within 24 hours or if comedy is your thing and you like the comedian Alan Carr then our kitsch reproduction Flying Ducks (supplied within 3 hours) hung pride of place on the set of his new show Alan Carr Chatty Man.
